Qualifications
Minimum qualifications :
5 years of experience working with relational databases (e.g. SQL) and CMMS software.
5 years of experience in application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Experience using spreadsheet software.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Agile software implementation methodologies.
Experience with equipment maintenance operations.
Experience with standard business CMMS data quality methodologies.
Ability to interact regularly with the larger Enterprise Asset Management team and customers in various time zones.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel to global data centers 20% of the time.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities :

Maintain the Data Center Operations Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. Resolve any issues that could affect the EAM system and associated business processes.
Provide routine training to ensure the user base is using the EAM system and associated business processes per expectations.
Provide a scope of work required by the business for routine system changes, including changes that have established business processes.
Seek out root causes for issues, and develop detailed documents understandable by all stakeholders.
Facilitate EAM system set up for new sites, including CMMS data acquisition, validation, and upload. Use deep understanding of data quality principles to provide input to CMMS data and all issues raised by user community
